This type of rotary screw air compressor is the unique equipment specially designed to be used in sever operating conditions. With the strong adaptability to the bad working environment, the compressor is able to work in the environment where there is high magnetic field, a great deal of dust, high temperature, greatly-corrosive substances and volatile voltage. The product is unique and novel in structure, extricate and ingenious in appearance, and complete in function.

Three-staged filtration:

The centrifugal type dust-extricating equipment for previous filtering is equiped to extricate the great deal of large particles in the inhaled air. And in this way, the pressure of filtering the air in the next process is eased. The air filter is designed to be a complete air-filtering system combined by two air filter elements, one encasing another. Thus the purity of the air inhaled into the air compresssing mechanism is ensured and the service life of the filter element extended.

Cooling System:

The aluminum cooler surface is antisepticised in order to resist the corrosion of the large amount of C, Al₂O₃, fluoride salt dust, the gas containing HF, CO, CO₂, SO₂ and other gases in the severe working conditions. Besides, the oil cooler and the air cooler are separated to be two independent parts to facilitate the repairs and maintenance, extend their service life and lower the cost of maintenance.

Anti-magnetic System:

The mechanism uses anti-interference and high-temperature-resistant electrical elements. Both the electric cabinet and the junction block are at IP44 level of protection and shielded as well.

Special Motor:

The operation of the specially-designed motor will not be affected if the electric voltage fluctuates by ±20%, so it is particularly applicable in the mine and other special working conditions where electric power is generated by diesel engine.
